Two of the five seals have been preserved: the Castellan and Voivod of Krakow. The seals of the Prince, the Bishop of Krakow and of the Chapter of Krakow have not been preserved. The seal of Prince Boleslaus has been placed under the document and comes from the collection of loose seals.
